Repeaters have reversed timing & toggling the torches

Repeater toggling works oppositely, if you click on repeater, the torches will be more near.
If you set repeater to the nearest torches, it keeps the longest signal, but f you set repeater to the torchest the furthest torches, it keeps the shortest signal.
