I try to get a generic villager, type in the command /summon VIllager ~ ~ ~ {Profession:5}, if on a VERSION, I get a generic villager. If I move to a SNAPSHOT, it will turn into a librarian villager. If I use the command on a SNAPSHOT, I get a farmer villager.

Duplicate of MC-44579. Generic, green-robed villagers were deliberately removed from the game.
Not a bug, generic villagers are removed.
