Trapdoor renders incorrectly

Trapdoors show up on the wrong block when placed. To duplicate, place a trapdoor, and you will see the problem.

This happens when a trapdoor is placed on the west or east sides of a block

confirmed in14w27b

and in 14w28b as well, but the hitbox is fixed, although the image of the trapdoor is wrong
