[MC-59946] Iron trapdoors appear on the opposite side of where they are placed when open (east/west orientation)

When opening a trap door, the door appears on the opposite side of where it was placed. The hit box is still where it should be, but with no texture.

Do you mean like this? I'm getting this problem in 14w27b myself.

This seems like a directional bug. Only affects West and East facing trapdoors. Doesn't affect North/South ones. Also only affects open trapdoors.

This appeared in 14w17a/b, as it only started happening when I upgraded.
