[MC-60232] Splash potion entity texture

Splash potions all appear the same when thrown. Additionally all item (not block) entities are fixed in orientation when using Fancy settings, including thrown potions (instead of spinning, facing player, etc)

Realized graphics were set to fast, so ignore the item entity part above. Still applies for thrown potions. Not sure if Fast item entities are supposed to be the same as Fancy ones, except without rotation, but that was what I described above
