I was using the carrot on a stick to control a pig (me and my friends were racing pigs).
Though when we deselected the carrot on a stick the pig was being controlled by me as if i still had the item in my hand.
How to cause the bug:
1.Put a saddle on a pig and ride it.
2.Ride a pig for a little bit using the carrot on the stick
3. Deselect the item.
4. Move your hand and you'll see the pig will still go in that direction for a bit.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
