Repeater Delays Rendered in Reverse

Repeaters delay torch is rendered left (1tick) to right (4 ticks) when the repeater is facing right (directions for reference only). Screenshots show two lines of repeaters activated at the same time, and the location of the delay torch for each line. Also shown are repeaters in delay 1 and 4 with the debug screen up showing the delays.
