I was playing in my main survival world, which is actually dual survival with a friend. Therefore, to clarify, this was a server I was playing on (multiplayer), privately for me and my friend. He went exploring for the new rabbits in the latest snapshot, and there just happened to be a field full of rabbits, which also included at least 7 killer rabbits! Now, I am aware that this may be a case of extreme luck, but I would think the chances of one of these killer rabbits spawning, 1/1000, would be close to impossible for 7 of them spawning all in the same area.

I think some are babies, and if you right click on a adult/baby rabbit, it spawns more of the same type. (None of this I'm sure of, but I'm 95% sure.)
Nope.. All seven were found in the wild. (I never bred them.) I know it sorta looks like some of the rabbits are babies in the attached screenshot, but it's just the illusion of some of them jumping. Thanks for your input though.
Yep. Those aren't pink-eyed ones, which are entirely passive. Those are the evil ones! IDK...
Edit: It's actually possible (since horses are often the same when spawning near each other) they spawned in 1 group, so they're the same.
Nope, no mods. The seed is -8912100519932490673 and the coordinates of the area they were all found in are x: -250 y: 71 z: -644
This is Works As Intended and Cannot Reproduce at the same time. Spawned to your coordinates, only found one Killer Rabbit.
The chance is low. Very very low. Rappit types are not bound to the Seed, they still randomize even in the same seed. Yes, the spawn rate might a bit too high wtih 1/1000, but that's not a bug, but a suggestion.
Alright.. Thing is, I did the same thing: created a new world with the same seed and teleported to the coordinates, but I still found around 6 of them. Guess I was just lucky.
Did they all actually try to kill you? Not every albino bunny is a killer bunny.
