Spawners work when covered with torches

In addition to spawners that spawn enemies inside solid blocks (visit any spawner), lighting up a spawner and surrounding area with torches will not prevent the spawner from working.

Environment

Windows 7, Java 1.8.0_05, using Chroma Hills 1.08.
