Torches generated on Exit Portals, Strongholds, Abandoned Mineshafts and NPC Villages generate floating torches instead of attached torches. They appear as facing-up torches, which appear on the ground.

What you said does not make sense and it is the exact same thing that you said in MC-60707. And this is only one issue.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
And please use the search function in the future as all of the issues are reported multiple times.
