I was well above water, and when I destroyed a block, the particles that flew off above the water looked like they were in the water.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make some kind of pool or lake and make a 1x1 tall tower in it.
2. Destroy the top block of the tower.
3. Notice the particles that look like they are in water.

Next time leave it to the mods ("wanna-be" people can get annoying), but thanks. (I don't know why but search engines on my computer hate me).
