double tallgrass turns into flower then drops as tallgrass instead of seeds.

I was collecting seeds when i clicked on the double tallgrass and for a split second it turned into a peony flower then fell to the ground as double tallgrass instead of just breaking or turning into a seed. I was using shears to collect wool but i stopped using them when i started to collect seeds. i don't know if that triggered the bug or not. Attached is a photo of what happened when i broke the double tallgrass with double tallgrass in my bar.
