[MC-6117] Hopper infinite duplication bug

When you throw an item on the edge of the hopper on top of this structure, the item stays there, but duplicates of the item will fill the bottom inventory.

But this is MC-6117 (It can't be a duplicate of itself) and it's not a duplicate of MC-5998, this one is triggered differently
