Using clone with the move parameter at the end on a door yields in the bottom half of the door to be moved, and the top half to jump to the west side of the block it is in.
Reproducing:
Place a door down (material doesn't matter)
Place a command block down from 2 blocks from it.
Type the clone command in the command block, so that the door gets moved away from it's original position (does not matter how far)
Execute the command block
EDIT: Same applies for pistons (without the upper part snapping to a side of course), tall grass, and probably moat/all double-block as well. I also associate it with a crash, for which I have created a report: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-61183

My problem was not that only the half of the door got moved, because that's the intended command. Sorry if I wasn't clear, English is not my primary language.
What I meant to emphasize is that the upper part of the door snapped to the west side instead of staying where it was.
After some testing, I found out that it got fixed apparently. Now the top part just disappears as seen in the first 45 seconds (and how it usually works): http://youtu.be/YNvKPzqaU4U
Works for me, I used /clone ~ ~ ~2 ~ ~1 ~2 ~ ~ ~4 replace move
