Texture spazzing across all local blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load minecraft.
2. Load world.
3. Look at water at certain angles.
4. Damn near have another seizure.

Latest Geforce driver (337.88) installed,
Intel i7 at 3.2Ghz
GTX 780 Ti
12 GB Ram
240 Gb SSD (running windows and minecraft)
Recent clean install runs non-snapshot perfectly and ran 14w27x fine...
Doesnt happen if minecraft is started in vanilla texture, but having any resource pack loaded causes it, even after removing the texture pack, it takes closing and re-opening minecraft to resolve... I have tried four resource packs now and its happened on all of them...
Could this be related to the resource pack changes?
This is a problem I am also experiencing. Likewise all my drivers are updated and Java is running the latest JDK8u5 build, seems that if you turn if mipmapping completely and re-boot the game it fixes the problem. This has only started since the 14w28a snapshot, just looking at anything or holding an item in your hand starts the flickering madness.
Specs:
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro Media Center
Java: Java SDK 8u5
Graphics Card: NVidia Geforce 630m (Java is set to use this card)
