[MC-61682] Skins not working when going to a different server

So, whenever I join a server, say the Hypixel server, at first I have my skin but when I join a game or something my skin turns into a steve. I've tried re-uploading the skin to my account but that doesn't seem to help.

Enviroment shows

"Optifine Ultra A2 mod installed"

Therefore, this ticket is invalid, as it relates to a modified client.

Sorry about that, should've known better than to summit a report with a mod installed. I'll test it without the mod installed and see if I get the same results.
