Steps to reproduce
Spawn in a couple of Minecarts with Command Block
Attempt to run a /spreadplayers command on them
It says the entity cannot be found.
This is not a duplicate of MC-47878 as that bug was fixed ages ago, I can successfully run /spreadplayers on all other entities.

yes i can confirm that, sorry i was only verifying for mobs, just tested it with arrows and didn't work, can you at least confirm MC-47878 as it is causing problems for my mini game I'm making
