Pick block on lapis lazuli ore gives missing texture block. Placing it gives lapis lazuli ore.

When I clicked "pick block" on lapis ore in creative, it gave me missing texture block in hand. To reproduce:
1. Place lapis lazuli ore
2. Trew away from minventory (you can't have it in inventory when you use "pick block")
3. "Pick block" lapis ore.

I found the same bug here: MC-59043 but there is "resolved" status.
