[MC-61802] In a mobs view in spectator mode moves around particles

When in spectator mode, and in a mobs perspective, if a particle is shown and is seen when in the mobs perspective, if the player moves the mouse around, the particles will move around also, so the particles aren't always facing the player.

(A screenshot is provided showing the particles in a skeletons view being showed slanted, instead of straight facing the player.)

I'll just put my 2¢ in regarding why this has a use.

If resolved as a dupe, it gets linked to the original report, which will usually provide more information than the duped report.

The mods have the ability to change the reporter to prevent possible vandalism done by the original reporter.

These have very similar info. his has info extra on how to get spectator, go into a mob, i show a example. i think were pretty even on the most info.

Well then. IDC anymore. These rules aren't even nessisary. I couldn't remove this so i removed useless info. That's not vandalism. More like stealing credit, giving it to bot whatsever. I hope for a different tracker where my information, can even be usefull without it actualy getting vandalised.

Credit ? What do you think this site is ? It's a Minecraft bug tracker and nothing else. Who creates the tickets and who puts what info is without value.

Its better to have known that someone helped mojang by showing they did something. That's value. Saying some bot did this dosent help anyone
If i can see that i was shown to help something out, its better to see that it was you. Put it in that case. Even with the other post.
Now that its closed, i hope this can be removed.
