End Pillar Alters are Genterating Weirdly

The alter thingys on the top of the pillars in the end are genterating in the block of obsidian below the top of the pillar, and when the alter is destroyed a floating fire block will appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go To the End
2. Find A Pillar
3. Break the Blocks Around the Alter
4. Then you Should See What I'm Seeing
