[MC-61966] Mobs spawning in mooshroom island

mobs cant spawn on it but with a mob spawner in the mooshroomisland biome, spawns mobs

If you place a spawner, it spawns.

I have noticed this too. I found a naturally generated zombie spawner, and when active- it spawns zombies throughout the island, not just near the spawner. It treats the biome as a regular biome at night.
