[MC-62085] when I use a sign on a cactus it disappear

When I put a sign on a cactus it's destroyed instantly and sometimes it doesn't give any drop.

PS. Sry for my english, I'm not so good :/...

To avoid, place the sign on top of the cactus.

This could be intentional, because a cactus is destroyed when a block or entity is placed adjacent to it.
