Can confirm - Without VBO I get around 80 fps, and with it I get around 60.

For me it doesn't affect the FPS significantly at all. But its a bit related to what map you are standing in and whats around you... All in all it seems a bit higher than before. But i assume that it has more to do with the new chunkloading...

I have around 10-15 fps less with VBO on.

On my game VBO seems to change the pattern chunks load around me, but doesn't have any effect on fps or playability.

Win 7 (64bit) with java 7u60 (64bit)
