The ground is tranbsparent again in some places. The Advanced OpenGL option is OFF, I double checked.

This is not that situation. I wrote, that Advanced Open GL a have OFF. This must be another bug. I have problems with graphics (chunk) update too. I think, that these two bugs bust be connected somhow.
