This is not that situation. I wrote, that Advanced Open GL a have OFF. This must be another bug. I have problems with graphics (chunk) update too. I think, that these two bugs bust be connected somhow.
I don't know does it still mater. The launcher downloaded 14W21b and it seems to be OK.
