Brightness in video settings has +0% and moody

I really sorry if this is a duplicate and I also don't know if this is intended, but you can select in the video settings as brightness "+0%" and one step to the left "Moody".

I think it could be a bug as when you set the brightness higher it goes from "+99%" to "Bright".
