[MC-62648] Redstone slow

Redstone is very slow, even in a new generated superflat world.
It dosn't matter if i set the render distance to 2 or 16 chunks.
I hope the bug will get fixed soon.

please don't put down future version, you DON'T have acces to them yet
make sure it isn't just lag

Yeah, this sort of problem with redstone is really annoying. Especially circuits which are specifically timed for 1 second. I think I'm going to have to downgrade to 14w11b to work on my maps because of this.
