[MC-62746] /summon Item always stone

I can't spawn any Items except of stone.

1. I enter "/summon Item ~ ~ ~10 {Item:{id:water,Count:1}}".
2. I get stone and if there is any stone in my inventori I pick it up and it is gone.

1.7.10 needs numbers for ID type. Try

/summon Item ~ ~ ~10 {Item:{id:9,Count:1}}

You can use ID names since 1.7.2 for direct commands like give minecraft:planks but in NBT data it's necessary to use the numeric IDs in 1.7.10.
