Echanting table visual glitch

Im not sure how to reproduce this bug but i think everytime you unload the chunk that contains a enchanting table the floating book freezes and when you load the chunk again i makes a new "floating book" and if you do this unintended after a while there is just a buch of brown things ontop of the echanting table. Again im not sure if this is how the visual glitch is created but it seems kinda logical.
