Block updating & Animals

Ok,i have good fps,like 50 fps,or i have 2 fps,and if im mining or whatever,i break a block,it will take anywhere for a few seconds 10-20 to several in game days. also, items not despawning,and animals refuse to go out of water the mindcracker aureylian also had this problem.i know it affects cows and chickens,probably more.
