Scoreboard overlaps debug screen

While looking at some blocks, (blocks with a lot of variables, like redstone/doors) the debug screen will get long enough for scoreboards to overlap it. (see screenshot).

Steps to reproduce:
1. display a scoreboard objective on the sidebar
2. activate debug screen (F3)
3. look at redstone

Yes, that happens, and there is nothing you can do against it, except lowering your GUI Size or change your windows size. Besides, how is Mojang supposed to fix this?

Oh well, it's not that big of a problem anyway, as scoreboards are transparent.

I suggest that the procedure taken for this bug report is reviewed. Many new pieces of information have been added to the debug screen since this was reported (specifically the "Targeted Block" and "Targeted Fluid" fields in 1.13) and, as such, more often than not, having the sidebar display over these pieces of information is an annoyance. The bottom line is that "debug screen on top of everything else" is simply the expected/logical display order; it just doesn't make sense to have the sidebar as an exception.
