[MC-63016] Zombies Jump, non stop.

i was playing, testing out 14w30b, and came across 1 zombie that was jumping, i proceeded to spawn some in creative, and i spawned and stack (64) zombies, and all of them were jumping

Not really, I wasn't in a snowy place and only zombies jumped, I spawned in
multiple mods and only zombies jumped
