[MC-63144] Chunk/render glitches

As you see on the picture, if you look in one specific direction you will see some render/chunk-glitches.

a possible workaround is turning of the alternate blocks feature off. if standing correctly in the middle of four chunks you will get this effect while having alternate blocks feature turned on.

Good suggestion, but still doesn't fix the problem.
