Crash when turning on "Use VBOs" in Snapshot 14w30c - Intel HD 4000

Whenever I attempt to turn on the new "Use VBOs" feature in snapshot 14w30b, it crashes. I've attached the crash report. It happens on 14w30a, 14w30b, and the new 14w30c.
