If a mob is on fire, and a person spectates from its perspective, the fire will not be visible, even though it should be from the mob's view.
How to reproduce:
1: Spawn a Zombie in daylight.
2: /gamemode sp
3: Click the Zombie. No fire is visible.

Confirmed. Although, notice the Zombie's face has no fire on it, so it wouldn't see fire through its eyes looking straight ahead.
