Zombies can attack villagers trough doors

Even when Villagers are in a house, Zombies will still be able to attack them.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build a small house or find a village
2. spawn a villager in the house
3. spawn a zombie outside the house and make sure it is hugging the door
4. push the villager to the door
