Bug is happening when facing south, on chunk border, inside "caves", with high FOV.
New culling algorithm edge case, probably?

You can't see the unloaded bits on the "normal" FOV, so I think there's just something wrong with the calculation of your FOV/its rendering

Confirmed for 1.8.7. Even at the default FOV, I still get the same bug.
