[MC-64313] Crashing with hopperclock connected to a dispenser.

When you create an hopper-clock and put an comparator into subtract mode and link it to a dispenser your world crashes.

you cannot say that, he is saying it crashes when you link it to a dispenser, he didn't say anything about servers

try again in 14w30c and see if it still occures

does not occurs in the latest snapshot, seems I overlooked 14w30c.
