PS: knew that, I'm dutch as well, however I will continue in english so the mods/mojang can follow what we are talking about

In game settings are in the F3 screen. Nevertheless; here they are again; Vsync, VBOs and Alternate Blocks on, and some unimprtant ones I guess;
Render distance 13 chunks, Particles All, Clouds On, Unlimited FPS, Smooth Lighting Max.

well they are importmant, if asked for settings, we need all video settings, however looking into it further, this looks like: MC-64161, since in the second screenshot it shows that there are 2 models for the chest at ones, same with your chest, all title entity's will not unload, bannes are tile entitys, so kind of a duplicate

What happens on reload or F3 + A, does the glitch disappear?

If so, it is maybe a duplicate of MC-64161
If not, it is probably not a duplicate of MC-64161 because this disappears with a reload
