Hunger Glitch

In Minecraft 14w30c, The hunger bar would stay full for a few minutes, go nearly completely down, and recover as if I had saturation. Also, when it says my hunger is full, my hunger will go down to about 2 and a half hunger bars. The saturation effect continues, but I still have the same amount of hunger. Me and my friend are trying to record a Minecraft 14w30c snapshot survival series, and this is really getting in the way. Please find some way to fix this.Thanks.
