Light levels incorrect/no light

Light is not rendered out half of the time. During the night, 15 levels of light comes from the sky. And sometimes, if your near some glowstone, torches, or anything that produces light, there will be none. (As seen in the picture, and yes, the glowstone blocks on the right were also placed while in the version.)
