Black horizon without super secret settings

I re-downloaded minecraft to fix the bug and the first world I made when I went up into the air the horizon turned black, and this was without me clicking "super secret settings". I saw other bug reports about this black horizon that mentioned the super secret settings so I pressed it, and it gave me a super secret settings screen but it had no black horizon. I then clicked the button again and it gave me the default minecraft screen but this time without the black horizon. I then closed minecraft. Later I reopened it and the black horizon was back! Please fix this 🙂
