My minecraft crashes when leaving creative inventory. Its been happening 1.3.1 - 1.4.2

I can only assume this is a duplicate of MC-1102, but without posting the crash report I cannot be certain.

Please, if you ever get a crash report, post it! It tells us exactly what went wrong and how to fix it. Without it, we have no idea what the issue it 😞
