Chunks rendering weirdly, Almost looks like chunk z-fighting

All the pictures below are of the same area. Blocks exist there and are untextured and unmoving. Does not stop if I stop moving my POV. I suspect the new chunk loading and lag reducing mechanics. Bug affects multiple areas in my world. Reloading the save does not rectify anything.
