I don't understand why you say "wrong category"

• Gunpowder is a Material used to make TNT

• Redstone is in the Redstone tab

• Sugar is a Material used to make Cake

• Spider Eye is a Food

• Glowstone is a Building Block / Glowstone Dust is a Material used to make a Glowstone Block

• Pufferfish and Golden Carrot are food

You want them in the Brewing tab I bet. Brewing was added after these other Minecraft activities were established

Items can only exist in one tab.
