Death in a border of 1 causes you to spawn a top the border

When nearly outside of a border there is a chance you can spawn atop it... in this scenery its not possible to survive without changing the border. Nothing more about it and im not sure whether this is correct in redoing the problem as i was messing with commands and shrunk the border to "1" to try and get rid of some "Mistakes" named "Not Bob".

EDIT: i found out you cant jump over the border so i deleted the part of "you can escape the border"
