World Rendering starts glitching out at 10-11 chunks render distance and beyond.
It got hectic so I recorded it:

I've tested this on snapshot 14w31a and I can confirm that world rendering is extremely glitchy from 16 chunks to 32 chunks (render distance). I turned on VBOs and it seemed to stop glitching out.
