Chunks buging

I am from Czech Republic, I am not very good in English, but i thing this bug is bad one...

This bug was one chunk by infinite long lenght chunks buging like in my screenshots, relog doesn´t helps and f3+a too doesn´t works.

What I expected to happen was...:
Animals and block buged like in my screenshot, i think it was not in previous snapshot

What actually happened was...:
It is in my screen shots, block appeared above ground ant it bugs from bed rock and sometimes there was bedrock above ground. However, when i diget to it with shovel(eff 5 umb 3 silk 1), maybe 5 block around me in this chunks bug suddentlly were quiet, but in secont bug was bag and I didn´t met only one, but two!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In my single player world, I come to find new bioms like mesa and mega thaiga.
2. I played on 1.7.10, but I wanted to find that under wather castle and I started play on 14w31a snapshot.
3. And I traveled thousand blocks and i saw this. I wanted to save it by relog or reolad chunks with f3+a, but it doesn´t helps. Then I diged into that bug with showel as I say, but it doesn´t help much. Than I screenshot it and place it here that someone will read it and do with it something.

If you will give me Minecraft givecode, It will be good for finding more bugs...
