New chuck loading cause extreme horse lag when riding.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tame a horse.
2. Put a saddle on it.
3. Run in any direction.
When new chunks are loaded the horse will keep freezing.
This was tried on every graphic setting and with every view distance.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
