2 Minor Bugs

As I was searching for an underwater temple i found out that if I go /gamemode and change my setting this black bar would appear. It wouldnt go away until I restarted the game completely and when i change gamemodes again, the black bar showed up once again. There's an incredible block lag as I found out when rapidly placing sponge blocks down.
